I didn't talk to J last night.  I didn't get out of the store until like 10:45 and J had just got done doing whatever it was he was doing.  It was 11:15-ish when I got home and J's phone was either dead or off.  I really wasn't in the mood to talk to him.  Work was super stressful and shitty and I just wanted to go home and sleep and take pills. I only tried calling J so that someone could talk me through taking the pills.  I'm paranoid that I will overdose so I don't like taking pills unless someone is with me to watch me or someone is talking to me.  So I went to bed without the pills.  I've been up since like 9:15-ish.  I haven't eaten.  I haven't exercised.  I need to do both.  I have to give the little dog a bath today too.  I don't really want to.  So I guess I'll do that after this.  And I was thinking about posting pictures but I'll probably do a different post for that since that's a lot of time and effort involved in that.  Not really, but I'm just too lazy right now.  I need caffeine or something.  I'm going to try to be good food-wise until Monday and then restart my diet plan idea thing.  I've failed.  I've most likely gone over 7000 calories already and I've only done like 30 minutes of exercise and I haven't been taking 3 diet pills a day.  I haven't been drinking enough 0 cal drinks I don't think.  I haven't really been keeping track.  So yeah, I'm starting over Monday.  I'm starting to get hungry.  I missed breakfast.  Oh well.  I'm thinking an egg for lunch and maybe some green beans or broccoli or something.  I think I said I would tell you about Quick Trim today.  SO I guess I will do that then post thinspo and eat.  Ok, so first off, I did NOT take them as the bottle directed.  Directed way:

  • Take 2 AM pills twice a day.  Take 2 PM pills twice a day.
  • Low-carb diet.
  • Exercise (caerobic exercise) twice a day for more than 30 minutes but less than 1 hour.  Or one hour of continuous aerobic exercise.
  • Take the pills before you exercise and do not eat for 1 hour after taking the pills.
It comes with a booklet thing that gives examples of a low-carb diet and exercise plan and things.  I did not follow any of those directions.  First off I thought it was ridiculous to take 2 pills of each twice a day.  You are supposed to finish both bottles twice a day.  First off, since my body is not used to what is in the pills, I could have experienced side effects so I didn't want to take 8 pills a day to start.  And the AM pills made me feel like puking.  And of course for those of you who have involuntarily puked up stomach acid from the fact that there is nothing in your stomach, you know that it can be very unpleasant.  So I would eat.  15 minutes after I took the pill.  And my stomach icky-ness would go away.  I could usually eat something fairly small like an apple.  I have looked up reviews online and people would complain of feeling sick and some people said that they did puke.  So yeah...  At first I would go for walks to get in some exercise.  Once a day usually in the morning.  I was like 45 minutes to an hour.  Not everyday though.  And there is no way I could follow a low carb diet living in my parents' house.  There is nothing low carb here.  So that went out the window after like 30 seconds.  I had my binge days.  Sometimes it would be more than a day of me eating more than a normal healthy person should.  Because there were a lot of birthdays and things going on all at the same time.  So I was taking the pills and eating like 2500 cals a day and I didn't really gain much weight.  Like 3 lbs when I should have gained like 8+.  So I think it helps but the side effect of feeling sick made is annoying.  I think I paid $25 for the 2 bottles.  The AM one may be worth it.  If you can follow the directions better and are ok with the sick feeling or eating when you take it.  You could probably get by taking it with milk or something and not feel sick.  The PM pills are a cleanse and if you plan on taking 4 in one day, do not have anything planned for the next 2 or so days unless there is a bathroom nearby.  TMI warning - If you take enough PM pills/take them long enough, you may be reminded of the foods you have eaten.  I definitely do not suggest taking 2 PM pills twice a day for 2 weeks.  Unless you have absolutely nothing to do for those 2 weeks plus I would guess another week?  I would imagine that you could lose a lot of weight with Quick Trim if you follow the low-carb diet and exercise.  I might recommend it to those who are smart enough to start with a half dose and then up it to 1 pill 3x a day or something when they think their body can handle it.  And follow a healthy diet and exercise and everything.  Use the PM ones with care.  Do not take 4 PM pills if you have something important going on the next day or two.  The day before a wedding or prom or whatever is not the day to be taking  that many.  Anyone with questions leave a comment.
